PoshFibers has been intimately acquainted with and very supportive of charity processes using the textile arts!

A Small group in Ankeny, Iowa, known as the "Material Girls", along with others from the Ankeny Quilt Guild, have now created over 1000 pillow cases that have been donated to local Cancer hospitals.  Authorities at the hospitals have been extremely grateful to recieve these, and claim that it brings a very much more personal touch to the care that they can give.

The "Material girls" sew these standard size pillow cases using this FREE PATTERN CLICK HERE.  POSH FIBERS has also donated a serger and over 300 yards of first quality quilt fabric for use in these projects, as well as being involved personally from time to time in their creation!   We are very pleased and honored to have had the opportunity to be involved with this project, and highly recommend it to any other group that would like to "serve through sewing"!
