What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks through Paypal--the safe and easy way to shop online.  You don't need a Paypal account to use a credit card---but you will need one to draft a check from your bank account.

How much is shipping?  

Shipping is FREE for any order over $200.00 sent within the United States!

Please see our TERMS page for the specific costs of your area and purchase, and for how much yardage can be shipped at each price point.

Your items will be shipped within 3 business days of the receipt of your payment, unless we notify you otherwise.

What if you are out of the product that I have ordered?

AVAILABILITY POLICY

We do our best to keep our inventory accurate and up to date.  Fabric is not cut until order is paid for.  In the event that we are not able to ship a fabric or to ship the entire amount ordered, we will contact the buyer via email.  The buyer will be given the option to cancel their order and receive a full refund or to pick a similarly priced replacement.  If we are unable to contact the buyer, we will refund the amount paid for the out of stock item and ship any remaining fabrics in the order.

What about returns?

Sales of cut fabric are final.  We will accept returns of other items if they are in the original condition. Purchaser pays shipping on returns and shipping charges are not reimbursed.
